You have a right to return the goods bought from us without stating any reason within 14 days after receipt of your order. If you opt so, you should notify us about your decision via messaging apps specified in the Contacts section, via email or by filling the Return of Goods Form either on our website or its paper version attached to your order. Returned goods are to be sent back to us within 14 days after receipt of your order. Faulty goods should be returned directly to us immediately upon receipt.
To be eligible for a full refund all items must be unused with original labels and in their original packaging. Care should be taken in folding and packing the items ideally in the original packaging. They should arrive to us in the same condition that you received them. Returned goods that are damaged, soiled, altered and without original labels will not be accepted and will be sent back. The only exception would be in case of incorrectly supplied and faulty goods where your statutory rights apply.
Please send all items through registered postage or courier services and ensure to retain proof of postage and tracking. Please be aware that proof of postage is not proof of delivery and it is the responsibility of the customer to obtain suitable insurance for the value of the goods you are returning. The goods remain your responsibility until received by us. You are liable for the cost of the return, unless Pure Wool has made a mistake with your order or you have received a faulty item.
